Returns

 

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you have up until 14 days after the day of purchase to return your package in it’s original condition un-opened.

We will offer you a full refund or replacement for the price you paid for the item .A postal charge will be incurred if it is a replacement.

If an item is returned due to being faulty the company will inspect and offer a full refund or replacement if necessary.

 

Delivery

 

All orders are sent by standard delivery costing £3.50. Please allow 2-5 days.

 

We do offer a next day delivery costing £6.00. Your order must be placed by 2pm.

All prices for posting are within the UK. If required outside please contact us for rates.

 

Payment

 

All online orders must be paid for by Credit Card/Debit Card/Pay Pal/MasterCard/Delta card/Switch.

We do accept cheques but the funds must be cleared in the Kids Cooking Co TM bank account before we will dispatch the goods.

 

Security

 

All payments taken through our web site are protected. And secured connections are used.

Which means that credit card details are encrypted prior to it being transferred to the bank for authorisation.

 

Your Privacy

 

We will retain your personal information to enable us to process your order. Your name and contact details will be kept on file for any future promotions or offers we may have unless you request for them to be destroyed.

At no point will your details be passed on to a third party.
